The East Greenbush Central School District’s Board of Education announced at Monday’s public meeting that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has dismissed all claims brought against the District by former superintendent Angela Nagle. According to the decision, Dr. Nagle had a limited time to file a separate civil lawsuit in Federal court on the claims she has made, which she has now done.
