In honor of Black History Month, Columbia students from Studio Art and Drawing classes assembled a “Post-it Note Art Show” in the school lobby to educate the community about African Americans who have made great achievements, worked to end segregation and racism, and broken down barriers.

Each student contributed two or three Post-it notes with a person’s name and a quote from them on one side and then an illustration on the other side to represent that person’s achievement or contribution.

The exhibit will be on display through the end of February.
