Red Mill Elementary School’s fifth graders walked across the stage and received their graduation certificates at Wednesday’s Moving Up Ceremony. The moment signified the end of their elementary school careers, and a new beginning, which will start at Howard L. Goff Middle School in September.

Each of the fifth grade teachers, as well as Principal John Caporta and Superintendent Jeff Simons, congratulated the graduates for their hard work and quality of character.

“I am so proud of this year’s fifth grade class,” Mr. Caporta said. “They have been excellent role models for our younger students to follow. I appreciate their many acts of random kindness towards others that help make Red Mill a very special place to work and learn.”

Congratulations to the graduates!
