Capital Project

The East Greenbush CSD has proposed a $116 million capital project that, if approved by voters, would improve facilities and grounds at all seven schools at no additional cost to the local taxpayer. The proposed capital project will be a proposition on the School Budget Vote and Board Election ballot scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

Goff students who want extra help on their school work can sign up for the After School Homework Club which begins on Wednesday, October 3. The program is open to all students and will be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays for an hour after dismissal.

Students must sign up in the Guidance Office each time they would like to attend and then meet outside the Music wing at 2:45 p.m.

There will be two math teachers and two teachers from other subjects at each session. Classes are limited to 40 students to ensure 1-on-1 and small group help from teachers.

“The turnout and feedback from the past two years has been very positive,”  said Assistant Principal Michael Neumann. “We’re hoping that our students will continue to benefit from this program whether they’ve fallen behind in a class or need some extra assistance on a given topic.”
