Genet Student Council raised $575.85 as part of a candy gram fundraiser to benefit the Jimmy Fund at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of former student Sean Jucha. Each candy gram had a personal message written on a ghost-shaped piece of paper attached to a lollipop. The candy grams were delivered to students and staff throughout the school.
“I was very happy with the amount of candy grams sold this year at Genet,” said Student Council President Kendall Schiermeyer. “I’m glad Genet supported Sean’s cause.”
Special thanks to the Genet PTO for donating the lollipops!
