East Greenbush Central School District residents passed a $94.3 million budget for the 2018-19 school year on Tuesday, as well as two bus purchase propositions that will replace 10 school buses and a proposition to create a new bus purchase reserve fund.
District residents will vote on the proposed school budget for 2018-19 on Tuesday, May 15 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
To vote in East Greenbush Central School District’s upcoming Budget Vote and Board Election on Tuesday, May 15, New York State law requires that you be registered.
The next Board of Education meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 2 at 7:00 p.m. in the Howard L. Goff Middle School cafeteria. A public hearing for the proposed school budget will also be on the agenda.

The Board of Education adopted the proposed school budget for 2018-19 at Wednesday’s public meeting at Donald P. Sutherland Elementary School. The proposed budget, which has been updated since the New York State budget was approved, totals $94,266,392, an increase of 2.29% from last year.
