Aerobics

Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Green Meadow
Tuition: $40 new students (6 weeks) or $6.00 pay per class

This class has been sponsored by the East Greenbush Central School District for more than 20 years and is still going strong. It is a comprehensive fitness class choreographed to contemporary music by original artists. It is designed to provide each student with a total body workout which includes stretching, muscle strengthening and toning, abdominal/core work and cardio which results in fat and calorie burning, increased energy and reduced stress. Although most participants use a step bench to enhance their workout, this one-hour class is an ideal low impact workout for those who prefer not to use one. Hand held weights may be used. Classes run continuously and students may join at any time. Participants may drop in, pay per class, or register for a specific number of classes. Bring a mat or towel for floor work and please wear sneakers and loose, comfortable clothes. A limited number of step benches are available for use on a first come basis.

You must register directly by contacting Barbara Neiman, Instructor at 477-9580.
