September Six-Hour Insurance/Point Reduction Class
Our next available Six-Hour Insurance/Point Reduction class will be held on Tuesday, September 21 and Thursday, September 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. both evenings. To register please call 207-2150 (ext. 1).
September Five-Hour Pre-Licensing Class
Our next available Five-Hour Pre-Licensing class will be held on two consecutive Tuesday evening sessions, September 14 and Tuesday, September 21, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. both evenings. To register please call 207-2150 (ext. 2).
The District’s Continuing Education program is a self-supporting program and has no bearing on the District’s tax rate. We offer this program to our community in keeping with the District’s philosophy of A School and Community Working Together.
The wide range courses, offered during fall and spring semesters, include a variety of computer, exercise, art, dance, craft, and educational classes. In addition, the Continuing Education program sponsors the Capital Community Voices choral group, the East Greenbush-Nassau Community Band, and the community theatre group Spotlight Players.
The program also offers a Gold Card to the District’s Senior Citizens (age 50 or older). The Card entitles the bearer to an entrance fee reduction for District plays and sporting events as well as tuition waivers/reductions for Continuing Education courses.
