Melissa GilliganBell Top Elementary School fifth grade teacher Melissa Gilligan was named this week’s Top Teacher by News Channel 13. For the past 30 years, she has involved students in their own learning, and still loves when they have that “‘Aha’ moment.”

Gilligan is the third Bell Top teacher to win this award in as many years (Sarah Lussier-2015, Melanie Lyte-2014).
