Kindergarten Returns Full Time Starting March 1

The Board of Education has approved two changes to the instructional model: 1) Kindergarten students will resume five days a week of in-person learning starting on Monday, March 1. The Full Remote Program is still available to families. 2) Live Virtual Wednesdays will be eliminated for students in grades 1-5 starting March 10 to provide one additional in-person school day every other week. March 10 will be an in-person school day for B Day students and A Day students will have a remote day. The schedule will alternate going forward.

Students getting pink hair extensionsStudents and staff can show their support for breast cancer survivors and bring awareness to the cause by getting pink hair extensions on Tuesday, October 18 at Howard L. Goff Middle School. All proceeds will be donated to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Hair extensions are $10 each and will be put in by stylists from Studio I Hair Designers during lunch periods.

Get your permission slip from the cafeteria or main lobby on October 13 and 14. Students should return permission slips and money to Mrs. Garcia in room 168 by Monday, October 17 so we can have a tentative count.

Goff Middle School donated $1,130 from this fundraiser last year.
