Capital Project

The East Greenbush CSD has proposed a $116 million capital project that, if approved by voters, would improve facilities and grounds at all seven schools at no additional cost to the local taxpayer. The proposed capital project will be a proposition on the School Budget Vote and Board Election ballot scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

Special holiday services will be offered to low-income families living in the East Greenbush Central School District from CoNSERNS-U this year.

CoNSERNS-U (Community Network of Schodack, East Greenbush, Rensselaer, Nassau & Sand Lake United) is a basic needs program of Catholic Charities Tri-County Services, serving families and individuals in Southern and Rural Rensselaer County in New York.

Services include a food pantry, crisis intervention, casework, information and referral, advocacy, clothing, back-to-school supplies, emergency assistance, Wheels and Ways to Work, and Christmas/holiday programs.
