Goff pink hair fundraiser1Students at Howard L. Goff Middle School helped raise $1,340 for breast cancer awareness on October 18 with a pink hair fundraiser. Students, who had a permission slip, donated $10 for each pink strand weaved into their hair.

Even Principal Wayne Grignon participated. He had his hair colored pink as students crowded around to watch.

The event was organized by Student Council and the proceeds will go to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Stylists from Studio I Hair Designers generously donated their time to make the event possible.
