From approximately 11:30 am to 12:40 pm today Red Mill, Columbia, Citizen Genet, and Goff Schools were placed on lockout based on information received from police officials. The lockout stemmed from a police chase that started in Albany which ended in East Greenbush and where police were searching for a person who ran from Albany police.
At 12:40 pm. the District received the okay from police to suspend the lockout.
