Here’s an opportunity to go green and help our students at the same time!

In the month of May, every blue Hannaford Helps reusable bag that is purchased at its Columbia Turnpike location will result in a $1.00 donation to the East Greenbush Education Foundation. The reusable bags cost $2.50.

The Education Foundation supports educational opportunities for students in the District by sponsoring enrichment grants, college scholarships and school events such as Winterfest, the Barrett Memorial Run and the Hall of Fame gala. The same fundraiser last year earned the Education Foundation $244.00.
