COVID-19 Updates and Information

Starting Monday, May 10, 6th grade students can report to school four days a week. A Day and B Day students in 6th Grade would learn at school on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Live Virtual Wednesdays will remain in place. The Full Remote program will still be available to families who choose that option. Grades 7-12 will maintain the current hybrid schedule and all instruction provided to students on remote learning days will include live virtual instruction.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Green Meadow signNext week will certainly be busy at Green Meadow and across the school district! School budget voting will be occurring on Tuesday, May 15th from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the front of the school. Detailed information regarding the proposed budget, Board of Education candidates, and polling locations is posted on the school district website at www.egcsd.org. We hope that this information will enable you to make an informed decision.

As a reminder, our Annual Field Day for students in grades 1 through 5 will also be occurring on Tuesday, May 15th. I am certain this will be a fun-filled event and hope to see many family members present. As previously announced, the schedule is as follows:

9:25 – 10:25 Grade 2
10:30 – 11:15 Grade 4
11:30 – 12:25 Grade 5
1:10 – 2:00 Grade 1
2:00 – 2:55 Grade 3
3:00 The Coaches Cup!

The rain date for Field Day will be Thursday, May 17th. Should it be necessary to reschedule Field Day, an announcement will be posted on the Green Meadow website and sent out via School Messenger. Please note Kindergarten Field Day will be held Friday, June 8th, from 9:30 to 10:45, rain or shine.

Parking spots will be reserved in the front row for people coming to the school for budget voting only. Please do not park in these designated spots if you will be staying for Field Day.
