Even though school is out for the summer, free meals are still available to children and teens in need throughout Rensselaer County. Any child under the age of 18 can receive free breakfast and lunch at various sites beginning this week.
You do not need to sign up or submit paperwork. All sites will offer meals Monday through Friday.
The meal sites located closest to our schools are listed below. Additional meal sites can be found by visiting www.summermealsny.org, calling 2-1-1 or texting “food” to 877-877.
