Students in all five elementary schools received lessons in fire safety this past week as they learned about 911, smoke detectors and Stop, Drop and Roll from local firefighters. These important lessons were taught during national Fire Prevention Week.
Students got to see firefighters in full gear, tour fire trucks and ambulances and watch live demonstrations.
