Parent Workshop: Mindfulness at Home – February 5

East Greenbush Central School District is hosting a free workshop for all parents on Tuesday, February 5 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Columbia High School Auditorium. The workshop will focus on mindfulness and provide parents with strategies and tips for how they can help children reduce stress, regulate emotions and improve focus and concentration. Parents will also learn simple ways to begin their own mindfulness practice.

The presentation is open to all district parents and will be led by Dr. Jennifer Bashant, a social worker and education trainer.
