Parents of students who attend Howard L. Goff Middle School are invited to a free informational presentation about vaping and e-cigarettes on Tuesday, February 12 at 6:00 p.m. in the Goff Gymnasium. Parents will learn about e-cigarettes, potential health risks of vaping and tips for how to address this growing issue with teenagers.
The presentation will be led by Alyssa Evans, a Student Assistance Counselor for East Greenbush CSD and Rensselaer County Mental Health, and Goff Principal Wayne Grignon.
A similar presentation was offered to Columbia High School parents in the fall.
