Nearly 70 students participated in the 2019 Genet STEM Fair on Wednesday evening, presenting research projects to their families, teachers and staff in the school gymnasium.
Students displayed their research on poster presentations and gave demonstrations on topics such as astronomy, buoyancy, density, electricity, gravity and pollution.
Impressively, students from all grade levels participated in the STEM Fair.
“This year’s STEM Fair participants embraced their experiences with conducting actual research and presenting their findings to the school community,” said Principal Ana Yeomans. “Each year the level of the STEM projects rises in areas of information, knowledge, sophistication and scientific reporting. We are very proud of the efforts of our students and grateful for the encouragement of their teachers and parents.”
