The East Greenbush Central School District Board of Education elected its officers for the 2019-20 school year at its organizational meeting on Tuesday evening. Michael Buono (president), Mark Mann (vice president), JoAnn Taylor (deputy treasurer) and Karen Curran (assistant clerk) were all re-elected to their current positions.
“I want to thank my board colleagues for their service to the school community and appreciate their nomination and support for me as the board president,” Mr. Buono said. “I also want to thank Mark Mann, JoAnn Taylor and Karen Curran for continuing in their roles as board officers and welcome our newly elected board member, Deanna Muth.”
“The board is looking forward to working with our superintendent and the district staff as we prepare for the 2019 – 2020 school year,” Mr. Buono said.
The Board of Education also approved the public meeting schedule for the upcoming school year.
