Students at Bell Top and Red Mill Elementary Schools completed a variety of fun STEM experiments this past week with the help of Regeneron volunteers. The students learned about the scientific method, chromatography, density, magnets and volume through hands-on activities. They were able to create lava lamps, LED flashlights, geodesic domes and magnetic slime.

Regeneron’s scientists, which have a lab in Rensselaer, visited as part of the company’s community service days.
