This is a very challenging time, and the stresses of the COVID-19 pandemic are leading to fear, anxiety and a sense of overwhelm. But there are ways that you can interact with your child, and things you can do for yourself and your family that are grounded in research and effective in helping people cope with difficult circumstances.
During this virtual workshop titled “When Your Child Is Anxious,” Dr. Jennifer Bashant will share information, strategies and resources that will provide hope that there is something you can do, as well as very specific steps you can take to reduce the stress and anxiety that you and your child are experiencing.
The session will conclude with a question and answer period during which you will have the opportunity to ask for advice regarding specific situations you are facing.
