General Dynamics Information Technology, located on Columbia Turnpike in East Greenbush, recently donated boxes of school supplies to the East Greenbush Central School District. The school supplies were donated by General Dynamics employees starting in May, and include items such as pencils, pens, crayons, pocket folders and notebooks.
Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction James McHugh accepted the donation of materials which will be distributed to each of the schools.
“We are grateful to General Dynamics for supporting our schools and our students in this tangible way,” Mr. McHugh said. “These supplies will be put to good use once our schools reopen this fall.”
