The East Greenbush Central School District has developed Reopening Plans that include a hybrid model and a full remote option for families. These plans prioritize the health and safety of all students and staff and the academic and social emotional needs of our students while complying with NYS Education Department and Department of Health guidelines.

As part of the East Greenbush Central School District’s new health and safety procedures, all students must submit a daily health screening form prior to entering a school building. The online form asks whether you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, had close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or traveled to any state/country on the NYS Travel Advisory list.

This online form is required for anyone entering a school building – students, parents, staff and visitors.

While high school students may be able to submit the form through their phones, and show the confirmation screen to temperature takers at school, it is likely that parents of younger students will need to complete this short form for their children before school.
