Dear Green Meadow Families,
It appears our stretch of warm weather is over! I hope you were all able to enjoy it. With this in mind, please remember to send your child to school with appropriate clothing for outdoor winter play. We are also trying to have classroom windows open more often to allow for increased fresh air.
I would like to thank all of our families who sent in photos for our Veteran’s Day Tribute Video. I would also like to send a big thank you to Keith and Meghan Hitlin for producing the video. You may view the video at this link.
Report cards for the first trimester will be sent home next week according to the schedule below. Parent-teacher conferences will be held virtually this year. I encourage all parents to take this opportunity to discuss your child’s academic progress with your child’s teacher. If you have not done so already, please contact your child’s teacher directly to make an appointment.
Our newly elected Student Council will be busy planning events for our school community. In recognition of the upcoming holidays, they will be hosting a food drive for the CoNSERNS-U food pantry through the month of December. Student Council will be sending home information soon on how you can contribute to this great cause.
As a reminder, if your child is absent from school due to illness, please be sure to follow the Return to School Procedures which can be found on our website. You may also call our health office if you have any questions.
