3:30 p.m.

The district’s phone service has been restored. Our schools are now able to receive incoming calls from cellular phones. Thank you for your patience as our carrier resolved this issue.

10:50 a.m.

The district’s phone carrier has prioritized our service ticket and notified us that multiple tandem trunks are down in our area, which is impacting cellular calls. We are able to receive incoming phone calls from land lines at this time. Our phone carrier continues to work on the issue impacting incoming calls from cell phones.

The East Greenbush Central School District is experiencing a phone outage affecting incoming phone calls. Our carrier is working on the problem but it appears to be affecting other entities in our area. We are still able to make outgoing calls.
