K-12 Remote Learning Day on Monday, April 12

There will be a K-12 Remote Learning Day on Monday, April 12. All K-12 students will be expected to complete asynchronous work from home on that day. Schools will re-open for in-person learning on Tuesday, April 13.

Principals Wayne Grignon, Jill Barker, Marty Mahar, Daniel Garab and Helen Squillace accept a school supply donation on behalf of the East Greenbush Central School District from Staples.

The East Greenbush Central School District received hundreds of individually packaged bags of school supplies from Staples in East Greenbush on Monday morning.

In each bag, there are two pocket folders, a box of crayons, a box of colored pencils and a travel-sized bottle of hand sanitizer. The school supplies are being distributed to each of the district’s schools for use by students.

“At Staples, it’s about the community and giving back. It’s what we do and it’s what we stand for,” said Jacques Vincent, Staples store manager.
