  • Monday 3/15 Twin Day – Students can pair up and dress alike for a day. Or an entire class can get together and dress alike.
  • Tuesday 3/16 Wild West Day – Break out the cowboy boots and flannel/plaid for a day out in the Wild West. Don’t forget your cowboy hat!
  • Wednesday 3/17 Green Day for St. Patrick’s Day – Wear as much green as you can!
  • Thursday 3/18 Crazy Hair/Hat Day – The wackier the better! Don’t feel like doing your hair? Put on a hat and off you go!
  • Friday 3/19 Pajama Day – Grab a few extra minutes of sleep by not worrying about what to wear! (No slippers allowed)

Report Cards:

Students will be receiving their report cards next week. Students who are in Kindergarten, 1st, 4th and 5th and all full-remote students will have their child’s report card e-mailed home on Monday, March 15th. Those report cards will be password protected and sent as a pdf file. In the directions of the e-mail it will tell you how to unlock your child’s report card for the second term.  The passcode is your child’s birthday in this format: mm/dd/yyyy. If you have any problems with this, please feel free to reach out to your child’s teacher or myself.

For students in grades 2 and 3, your child will be coming home with a paper copy of their progress report on the day they normally would attend class at Genet.

If you have any questions regarding your child’s second term report card, please reach out to your child’s teacher.

Student Physicals by School Nurse Mrs. Condo:

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The examination must be completed by a New York State licensed physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner.

If you have a copy of a recent physical, and you have the ability to scan, please email to Mrs. Condo at condoma@egcsd.org or contact your child’s physician’s office and have them fax the completed physical to 518-477-4466. Please submit as soon as possible.
