Green Meadow kindergarten students celebrated Ginny Schiebly’s 90th birthday earlier this month. Mrs. Schiebly lives across the street from the school and had been a classroom volunteer for Mrs. DiBella for 10 years.
The students made signs, waved and sang “Happy Birthday” to Mrs. Schiebly from across the street.
“She loved working in small groups doing different activities with the children,” said Mrs. DiBella. “Ginny was such a help to me as well. She would help prepare projects or cut, sort and staple papers. She is so kind and patient!”
