This is a friendly reminder that, unfortunately due to a lack of drivers, busing is not available for our new Elevate Summer School Program. If you are in need of transportation, please consider the following:
- Busing will be provided from summer school at Columbia High School to GCC at Genet Elementary School, Town of East Greenbush or North Greenbush Summer Camps and the Greenbush YMCA daily. Transportation requests should be directed to the Transportation Department at 518-477-9288.
- If you have no access to transportation and your child will not be participating in one of the above summer camps, you can make a special request for busing and those requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Transportation Department.
- You may enroll in Questar’s Full Remote Summer School Program instead of the Elevate Summer School Program, which would remove the need for transportation.
Our goal is to provide summer school opportunities to all children and help prepare them for next school year. We are looking forward to the start of Summer School on Tuesday, July 6!
