The 5th Grade Student Council from Donald P. Sutherland Elementary School raised $460 for St. Catherine’s Center for Children in Albany through a candy cane pull.
Students from throughout the school donated $1 to pull a candy cane. If the candy cane had a gold star at the bottom, the student received a prize. All students got to keep their candy canes.
The Student Council would like to thank all the students and staff who donated to this worthy cause!
