Dear Genet Families!
Happy Friday! Today was filled with excitement as we prepare for the Holiday Recess. We also had a fantastic time with our annual Holiday Sing-A-Long for our school community. Many parents and family members were able to join us this morning and only made this event that more special for our school. Thank you to all that were able to attend today. A special thank you to Mr. Kusche and Mr. Halliday for having the Columbia High School Band come and play for our students and families this morning! It was a special way to start our day together at Genet.
This week Genet and our other elementary schools were surprised by a visit from Santa and our Transportation Elves! Thank you to our Transportation Department for arranging this for our school and a special thank you to Columbia High School and Goff Middle School for donating candy canes for our elementary students!
When we return, a friendly reminder that our 4th and 5th Grade Concert is scheduled for Tuesday, January 17th. More communication will be coming from Mrs. Scolaro and Mrs. Lubbers.
