The 2022-23 Volunteers of the Year with Superintendent Jeff Simons, Board of Education President Michael Buono and school administrators.

The East Greenbush Central School District recognized its 2022-23 Volunteers of the Year at the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday evening at Red Mill Elementary School. The Volunteers of the Year were nominated by administrators from each school as well as the Athletic Department.

During the volunteer recognition ceremony, each honoree received a certificate and a special gift.

“Our district is very fortunate and blessed to have so many people – parents and community members – who volunteer their time to help our schools provide a very positive atmosphere, extra programs and support for all of our students,” Superintendent Jeff Simons said during the ceremony. “On behalf of the district, we are so grateful for what you do.”

Congratulations to our Volunteers of the Year and thank you for your contributions!
