Columbia High School students Molly Graiff ’24, Ella Buff ’24, Atheena Seebald ’24 and Matt Hoxie ’24 attended a Celebration of Teaching & Learning on May 5 at the University at Albany to learn more about careers in education. The free event gathered students, teachers and administrators from component school districts in Questar III BOCES, which includes East Greenbush Central School District, to discuss the education profession.
The event featured speakers and roundtable discussions.
Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction Roy Stiles, Columbia Mathematics Teacher Scott Monuteaux and RTI Coordinator Lisa Mahar attended the event with the Columbia students to provide their expertise.
