Twenty-two Columbia High School student athletes announced their college commitments at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon in the school gym. The student athletes represent nine different sports from the fall, winter and spring seasons.
Each student was accompanied by family as they signed their college commitments in front of teammates and coaches.
“Today was a great opportunity to celebrate 22 of our senior student athletes who will be continuing on with their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level next year,” said Columbia Director of Athletics Ryan Jones. “It is always a special time to recognize our student athletes who are making their post graduate decisions, and doing so with their families, friends, teammates and coaches on hand to help them celebrate. I wish these students nothing but the best as they move forwards in their careers and thank them for their contributions to our programs.”
Congratulations!
