EDITOR’S NOTE: The Pre-K Program is now full for the 2024-25 school year.
The East Greenbush Central School District has a limited number of spots available in the pre-k program for the 2024-25 school year. The program is free for families.
The district is increasing its pre-k capacity from 97 students this year to 165 spots for next year based on studies that show the value of pre-k, the success of the program, and demand from families.
Nearly 180 applications were received this past winter and those children were entered into a lottery drawing. All of the children who applied for the program have been offered a spot, yet there are still a limited number of spots available.
