No two students are the same. They have different interests and they learn in different ways. So it’s critically important that schools provide as many learning opportunities and pathways for success as possible. Whether students go on to a 2-year or 4-year college, or enter the workforce, we want our students to be prepared for their next stage in life.

On today’s episode, Superintendent Jeff Simons discusses Career and Technical Education with Anthony DeFazio, principal of the Robert H. Gibson Technical School, and two Columbia High School students who are enrolled in the career tech program through Questar III BOCES.

Also, students tell us what they want to be when they grow up, our staff profile features Academic Intervention Specialist Math Teacher Sarina Biski, and the Student Activity Spotlight features the Bell Top Running Club.
