Education Foundation Hall of Fame imageThe East Greenbush Education Foundation is now accepting nominations for the Columbia High School Alumni Hall of Fame and the Community Leader Award.

The Columbia High School Hall of Fame is a program which recognizes and applauds the work of Columbia graduates who have a positive and profound impact on society through personal achievement, scholarly pursuit, or community service. To be nominated, a candidate must have graduated from Columbia High School and have demonstrated achievement in their profession or in an area in which they take an active interest, or have shown outstanding service to a specific community including those outside East Greenbush, or have contributed to or served humanity in some special way. The names of the Hall of Fame members are inscribed on a plaque that is prominently displayed in Columbia High School.

In addition to recognizing outstanding graduates from Columbia High School, the Education Foundation is excited to honor community members for the work they have done in East Greenbush.

Nominations for both categories are due by December 15, 2024.

After inductees are selected, they will be honored at the Education Foundation’s 39th Annual Gala in the spring.
