East Greenbush CSD Announces Half Days for June 23-24

In anticipation of extreme heat this week and its impact on health and safety in schools, the East Greenbush Central School District will have half days for grades PK-8 on Monday, June 23 and Tuesday, June 24. The current weather forecast shows temperatures in the mid-90s and a heat index reaching 105 degrees.

Genet Fall Fun Run

Students at the start of the 2024 Genet Fall Fun Run on Thursday afternoon.

Genet Elementary School students participated in the annual Fall Fun Run on Thursday afternoon at Romer Field behind the school. The students ran one lap on the turf field as they were cheered on by classmates, teachers and families.

The Genet PTO provided pumpkins to the top three finishers in each race.
