Columbia High School students in FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) volunteered to support hurricane relief efforts earlier this month. The students prepared shipments of products and goods at Jezreel International in Albany which were delivered to families impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
“Eleven tractor-trailers were filled with items for those in desperate need, and we were thrilled to be a part of that endeavor,” said Katrina Gruet, a Columbia Business and Technology Teacher and the FBLA Advisor.
Each year, FBLA volunteers at Jezreel International and the Veteran’s Miracle Center by providing help to support families in need at home and abroad.
