The East Greenbush Central School District Transportation Department staff donated 50 turkeys to the Nassau Resource Center this week for families in need. The donation supports the Resource Center in delivering Thanksgiving dinner baskets to families in the area.
Transportation staff hold raffles and donate money each year to support the community. Staff picked up the turkeys and then delivered them to the Nassau Resource Center for distribution to families.
