Howard L. Goff Middle School is collecting new mittens, gloves, hats and scarves for children and adults in need with its 3rd annual Mitten Tree. The Mitten Tree is on display in the front lobby of school and donations can be hung directly on the tree until December 17.
Donations will be sent to the Nassau Resource Center ahead of Christmas.

Columbia High School is hosting the Snoball Dance on Saturday, March 22 from 7-10 p.m. The theme is Starlit Slopes. The dance was rescheduled from February 8 due to the weather forecast.Tickets cost $12 and they will be on sale February 5-7 outside the cafeteria during periods 2-7.
