The Green Meadow Student Council, made up 4th and 5th graders, delivered over 2,200 food items to CoNSERNS-U in Rensselaer on Friday. The items were collected during their recent Food Drive and were unpacked, sorted, and delivered by the Student Council members. Students saw firsthand how the donations help those in need. This eye-opening experience for our students and has inspired them to continue supporting our community.
