On Saturday, March 29, Columbia high School’s sophomore class hosted a Team Trivia Night at the Columbia library. Participants ranged from middle school and high school students, teachers, and members of the districts transportation department. Ten teams consisting of four players each competed to show off their knowledge of trivial facts. Each team worked with their teammates to answer questions for eight rounds followed by a Final Jeopardy round where teams could wager up to as to as many points they had earned in the previous 8 rounds.
The top three teams were awarded prizes that were donated from local businesses including, Yankee Trails, Nic’s Trattoria, Kylie & Company, The Recovery Sports Grill, Chez Mike, Five Guys, Applebees, Chick-fil-A, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Starbucks.
