Visit our Facebook page to see inside the classroom of Howard L. Goff Middle School Social Studies Teacher Christopher Bechard. In a lesson on Tuesday, students worked in groups to examine primary and secondary sources and generate questions about The Trail of Tears.

Once students came up with their questions they interviewed historical and contemporary figures using SchoolAI. The figures were generated using letters, journals, and other non-fiction texts to ensure accurate responses. Students will use the information they’ve gathered to plan additional research and take informed action.
