The East Greenbush Central School District recorded a Distraction-Free Schools presentation on Thursday in advance of the new school year so all students and families are aware of the new state law and how it will be implemented in East Greenbush schools. The presentation provided an overview of the new Distraction-Free Schools policy, how it complies with state law, research conducted by the district’s Cell Phone Committee, and how the policy will be implemented at each school level.
The panel also answered questions from students and parents/guardians that were submitted in advance.
