Howard L. Goff Middle School is once again offering an After School Homework Program for the 2025-26 school year. It will be offered on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:50 – 3:50 p.m. starting Wednesday, October 8. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to receive extra help in a small setting from our dedicated faculty. Below are the program details and guidelines:
- Students will have two options to sign up for the after school homework support:
- Use the link shared by teachers in their Google Classroom or
- Go to the Green House Office after checking into homebase, during Access, or during Team Time
- Students will be responsible to bring the work they would like to get assistance with. The teacher will not provide work.
- Each day, 4 teachers or teaching assistants will be available to help students with their work.
Students will sign up each time they would like to attend the program and are not required to attend every session like a traditional club. They will identify the subject they would like help in. Participation in the after school program is voluntary and not punitive. Teachers may recommend and encourage students to attend the program.
After school busing will be available. Late Buses leave Goff at 4:00 p.m. or you may pick up your child by 4:00 p.m. at the latest. If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to your child’s counselor or an administrator.
