Columbia students with math jackolanterns they created
Students in Marilyn Thompson’s math class got creative for Halloween by creating Math Pumpkin projects. Students decorated all kinds of pumpkins to represent math concepts that they’ve recently learned. From polynomials to equations and slope, the classroom transformed into a festive mathematical pumpkin patch, showing that learning math can be both inspiring and fun!
