Genet Student Council raised over $1,000 for cancer research through their Candygram Fundraiser
Genet students raise $1,046.04 by selling 2,052 Candygrams through their Candygram Fundraiser. After school, members of the Student Council worked hard assembling all the Candygrams and ensuring every message of friendship and appreciation reached its destination.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to the Dana-Farber Cancer Society in memory of former Genet student, Sean Jucha.
The Genet student Council would like to thank Mr. Michael Murray, Community Relations Manager at Sam’s Club in Latham, for generously donating the Blow Pops for this Candygram Fundraiser. A huge thank you also goes out to everyone who participated and helped make this year’s Candygram fundraiser such a heartwarming success!
